Marketplace Purchasing & Factory Sourcing Services

We buy your items from 1688/Taobao or source existing wholesale products directly from manufacturers—providing photo proof of received items before international shipping.

What’s included: We buy your goods from 1688/Taobao/Tmall and send photos of the received items.
Quality inspection and cargo insurance are not included.
Inventory Return Policy (please read before submitting)

All incoming supplier shipments received at our warehouse are subject to the designated supplier return window (typically 5 to 7 days after arrival) once warehouse photos are provided.

Return Window & Eligibility: Return or exchange requests must be submitted via email while items are still held in warehouse storage. Goods are strictly ineligible for return, exchange, or refund once they have been dispatched for DDP shipping or outbound freight.

Supplier Policies & Fees: Processing returns is entirely contingent upon the original supplier’s acceptance policy. All shipping and logistics costs associated with returning items from the warehouse back to the supplier are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Service scope: Product sourcing covers marketplace purchasing (1688/Taobao/Tmall) and direct supplier sourcing from manufacturers, complete with photo proof of received goods. DDP shipping offers seamless door-to-door delivery with customs clearance, Cargo Insurance and tracking. Prep Centre covers FBA/FBM labeling, polybagging, and bundling. Quality Inspection (PSI, DPI, CLC, Factory Audits) is available as a separate paid add-on.

Payment terms: Once the invoice we send is paid, we begin work on your order. Quotes are non-binding until an invoice is issued.
