Product Sourcing Policy

Our sourcing service excludes destructive quality inspections, factory audits, lab testing, and cargo insurance. Returns must be requested via email while items remain in warehouse storage within the supplier’s 5 to 7 day window, and all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

DDP Shipping Policy

Our DDP service does not include destructive quality inspection or cargo insurance. If you need cargo insurance for high-value shipments, please email us and we will provide you with the information through our email.
